Qualifications

• Experience designing and building test equipment and running test programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Proficient with test hardware and data acquisition tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute motor and actuator test processes.
• Design and build test rigs for production and R&D hardware.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and root causes.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and field teams on improvements.
• Document tests, SOPs, and train test technicians.
