Radiant Dev in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Hardware Technician to join our onsite team with optional hybrid flexibility. You will help assemble, test, and troubleshoot advanced geophysical sensing systems alongside Electrical and RF Engineers.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware work, independent diagnosis, and precise documentation. The ideal candidate has strong soldering skills, reads schematics, and operates standard test equipment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong soldering and electronics assembly skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot hardware.
• Proficiency with standard electronic test equipment.
• High attention to detail and workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assembly & Fabrication: Perform precision soldering (through-hole and SMD), circuit board assembly/rework, cable/harness fabrication, and full system hardware integration.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and repair hardware failures using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• R&D Support: Assist with prototype development, testing, and maintaining accurate build records and documentation.
