This internship gives you hands-on experience with hardware and CAD as part of a small, fast-paced team. As a Hardware Systems Engineering intern, you’ll contribute to system design, build test setups, and help move prototypes toward mass production.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering (in progress or completed).
• Manufacturing processes and material selection for electro‑mechanical design.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools (Nx preferred, SolidWorks or Fusion allowed).
• Experience with rapid prototyping methods and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on system design and validation of new products.
• Build test setups and explore control approaches for the system.
• Support testing with firmware and design teams to drive performance.
• Develop prototypes and test to advance mass production readiness.
