Job summary

Westlake Ace is hiring a Sales Associate to support receiving, stocking, pricing and maintaining a clean, organized store presentation. You will greet customers, answer questions, help with product location and ensure fast, friendly service.

Experience in retail is preferred; ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible shifts is required. You'll be part of a team committed to Ace Retail Group's core values and delivering amazing service to every customer, every time.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store; thank them at exit.
• Possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor and work well with customers and associates.
• Ensure calls and pages are answered promptly and courteously.
• Assist with receiving, stocking and merchandising presentation.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure signage is current.
• Operate forklift with proper training when required.
