Job summary

Battelle Energy Alliance is seeking an intern to perform hands-on hardware reverse engineering and firmware analysis at the Idaho Falls campus. You will disassemble boards, processors and embedded systems to identify weaknesses and document mitigation strategies under senior researcher mentorship.

The internship supports a 9x80 onsite schedule in Idaho Falls. Start date and duration vary by project and student availability, with compensation structured by degree level and field of study.

Qualifications

• Enrollment as an undergraduate to PhD student in a relevant discipline
• Minimum overall 3.0 GPA
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Current resume or CV
• Unofficial transcripts (include current and completed degree programs)
• Current class schedule with credits

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on reverse engineering on hardware and firmware
