Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; trades experience or college preferred.
• Willingness to learn hardware products and assist customers.
• Retail environment experience helpful; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help locate products; promote store promotions.
• Provide product knowledge and assistance with do-it-yourself projects.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing changes, and stock replenishment.
• Support POS procedures and process high-value transactions.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
