Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service, generate sales, merchandise products and support store management.
• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service following the S.A.L.E.S process.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities set by store management.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Promote store-wide communication and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards; manage floor, shelves, back stock, and restock merchandise.
