The role is full-time and on-site in RTP, NC, with significant customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

The TPM will own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, schedules, and budgets, and navigate shifting priorities in a high-pressure setting. Travel of 50–60% is expected initially.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management in manufacturing, hardware, or mechanical environments.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-change, high-pressure settings with tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, and cross-team alignment skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% initially.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, apply DFM, and use standard PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle program execution from concept through production.
• Serve as primary liaison for customers, communicating timelines and status.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks to meet targets.
• Lead decision-making under ambiguity to sustain program momentum.
