Supply Chain Recruiters (Supply Chain Talent Advisors) is seeking a Hardware Development Project Manager — Electronics to lead 2–3 hardware projects from concept through prototype, testing, supplier execution, and production for a Boca Raton-based company.

The role requires strong project management, electronics hardware experience, and the ability to navigate ITAR constraints. On-site work five days a week, with a preference for aerospace/defense exposure but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project/program management capability.
• Experience with electronics hardware projects is required.
• Aerospace/defense experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own 2–3 hardware development projects from concept to production.
• Drive execution across engineering, procurement, suppliers, testing, and manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain project milestones and schedules.
