Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Hardware Program Manager to join our Memory Subsystem team. Qualifications

  • BSc in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of HW program management experience in semiconductor, ASIC, or complex hardware development programs.
  • Excellent program management skills – familiar with PM methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between marketing, engineering, operations, and external silicon partners from initial requirements definition through silicon delivery and production.
  • Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Develop and implement HW methodologies and PM processes and tools.
  • Coordinate execution of complex ASIC programs including memory subsystems, high-speed interfaces, and external semiconductor vendors when applicable.
  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners such as DRAM vendors, IP providers, and manufacturing partners.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
