Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a HW Product Development Lead in Auburn Hills, MI to guide cross-functional engineering teams through development, testing, validation and industrialization for multiple product releases. You will own technical targets, drive releases into production, and ensure lifecycle maturity across several products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 8 years of experience, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional engineering teams to meet technical targets and project schedule, covering development, test, validation and industrialization.
• Be responsible for multiple product releases into production.
• Drive cross-functional/product engineering teams to meet targets on time.
• Ensure product maturity across the lifecycle for multiple products.
• Prepare technical decision options for change control board and management escalation.
• Plan technical work packages (content/schedule/quality) per project schedule.
• Plan and execute product/system releases according to defined schedule.
• Act as interface for successful realization of sample builds.
• Ensure product meets industrialization targets.
• Release Engineering Documentation to manufacturing plants to enable sample builds.
• Sample planning and engineering build management.
• Understand Stellantis Domain team requirements, milestones, and technology relevance.
