Responsibilities

  • Support system design, requirements analysis, and technical solution development.
  • Integrate and validate hardware, infrastructure, and subsystem components.
  • Develop or execute test plans, procedures, and technical evaluations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving systems, hardware, or infrastructure.
  • Contribute to rack, power, cooling, cabling, and physical integration planning.
  • Produce technical documentation, diagrams, procedures, and support artifacts.
  • Coordinate with security, network, automation, and field teams during implementation.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability.
