In this critical role, you will manage the end-to-end operations of our Amphion range of industrial edge devices—our proprietary line of high-tech hardware—ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional service to our global customers. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, resourceful professional to make a direct impact on company goals and customer satisfaction. If you’re passionate about logistics, operations, and customer success, we’d love to hear from you. This position reports directly to the EVP/CISO.
What you will do
- Parts Procurement and Inventory Management: Responsible for managing supplier relationships, procuring device components, and administering the inventory control system to maintain optimal stock levels. Adhere to FIFO procedures for time-sensitive components. May occasionally lead sourcing projects to identify and select reliable and cost-effective suppliers, as needed.

Also responsible for receiving incoming parts and materials, verifying accuracy, and ensuring proper storage.
- Customer and Carrier Coordination: A key aspect of this role is maintaining close coordination with global customers and shipping carriers. Responsibilities include proactively communicating order status updates, resolving logistical issues, and ensuring seamless delivery to support high customer satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: This role requires someone who can not only execute existing processes but also proactively identify, validate, and implement improvements. Involves ongoing analysis of workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Ticketing Systems Management: Utilize the ei3 Orders ticketing system to manage order fulfillment, track and resolve hardware-related inquiries or logistical issues, and support customer requests. Ensure efficient issue resolution and maintain clear communication records.
- Documentation: Follows established QA documentation processes for assembly and order fulfillment. Creates clear, concise, and user-friendly materials, including hardware assembly, QA, and packaging instructions. Assists in developing user setup guides and knowledge base content to support customers in using and maintaining ei3 hardware and applications.
Additional Responsibilities
- On-site presence at least 4 days per week to effectively manage in-person activities.
- Help answer customer calls and route to the appropriate team member when not related to operations activities.
- Monitor and respond to the shipping and receiving doorbell.
- Ensure visitors sign in to the logbook, in compliance with ISO requirements.
- Inform management of building-related activities such as fire inspections, alarms, and maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
