Job summary

Persimmons is seeking a Hardware Lab Technician to join our in-office hardware lab in San Jose. You will perform chip-level bring-up, validation, and testing on Persimmons’ custom silicon boards, collaborating with hardware engineering to make builds production-ready.

You’ll build hardware from components to full systems, troubleshoot power delivery and cooling, execute test plans, document results, and keep lab equipment calibrated.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring-up Persimmons’ hardware from components to full system in‑office labs.
