Applied in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced engineer to manage and maintain Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) rigs. This role involves developing, integrating, and deploying real-time simulation solutions while collaborating closely with users to gather feedback.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with hardware systems, strong Linux skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. The company supports a flexible work environment while primarily maintaining an in-office presence.
We are an in‑office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
We are looking for an experienced engineer to manage and maintain our fleet of Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) rigs. You will help develop, integrate and deploy real‑time Hardware-In-the-Loop simulation solutions. At Applied, we encourage all engineers to take ownership over technical and product decisions, closely interact with users to collect feedback, and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture.
