Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment of enterprise hardware orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with staffing, onboarding, and surge planning during peak demand periods.
• Engage with VARs and OEMs for pricing, supply-chain activities, and end-user device selection.
• Capture and report metrics on fulfillment operations, cycle times, risks, issues, and vendor performance.
• Monitor order progress through the IT storefront and resolve bottlenecks with stakeholders.
• Establish partnerships with sponsors, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
