This individual will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of mechanical and electrical systems across our product portfolio for Department of Defense programs. • Lead root-causing analysis efforts to resolve complex equipment or product issues.
• Use data-driven decision-making to evaluate trade-offs and select optimal solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical system design.
• Previous experience in leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
