Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience within product-focused engineering teams.
• Experience with highly technical products involving hardware and firmware.
• Experience designing electronics hardware.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of a hardware development team.
• Ensure product lines are competitive on cost, performance, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to identify opportunities and technical issues.
• Coordinate technical support to Product Management and inside sales to ensure proper product application.
• Manage and develop people, including attracting and developing engineering talent.
• Champion continuous process improvements and Eaton Quality System within the department.
