• Lead systemic changes to drive continuous improvement in fleet analysis and triage of hardware issues to improve speed to resolution.
• Represent the Fleet Hardware Reliability team within the broader platforms design, deployment and supply chain organizations.

• Work directly with customers, data center teams and manufacturing teams to understand and analyze hardware quality issues.
