We are currently seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to join our team in Valley Green, PA.

High speed cable backplane systems enable most of the world\'s IT and datacom; including leading the way for the AI/ML revolution; and require some of the most advanced manufacturing technologies, and highest levels of precision, in the engineering world. These challenges require the most creative, technical minds, and ultimately provide the most rewarding experience for an engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware development, including precision components and/or sheet metal. Cable harnessing experience a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a mechanical development team, ideally within the hardware space.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (Creo).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
