Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise invites applications for a Hardware Engineering Intern in Texas. This hybrid role requires you to work from an HPE office on average 2 days per week. You will join a diverse team supporting the design, validation, and deployment of high performance computer systems.

You will assist senior engineers with PCAs, bring-up and debugging in a test lab, and document issues. Eligible candidates are pursuing a technical degree and have coursework in digital/analog circuits.

Qualifications

• Course work in digital and/or analog circuit design is desired.
• Experience with electrical lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, load tools, multimeters, etc. is desired.

Responsibilities

• Design and/or validate PCAs based on system and board design requirements.
• Bring-up, debug, and validate PCAs in an engineering test lab environment.
• Track and document issue discovery, investigation plans/results, issue resolution, and issue closure in issue tracking databases.
• Work independently and/or participate in task teams addressing complex system/problem analysis.
