Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years in hardware design or related electronic product development.
• Familiarity with PCB layout review and hardware debugging.
• Hands-on with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab test equipment.
• Familiarity with server interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, I2C/SMBus, SPI, and UART.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform board-level and system-level debugging and analyze customer-reported issues and identify root causes.
• Design and develop enterprise server motherboards and add-on card products, including schematic capture, BOM creation, debugging, and product validation.
• Review PCB layouts and collaborate with layout engineers to ensure design quality, manufacturability, and compliance with hardware design guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including product specifications, BOMs, validation reports, test procedures, and debugging guides.
• Perform DVT, system validation, and qualification testing to ensure products meet engineering specs and customer requirements.
• Support customer issue analysis and production troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution and continuous product improvement.
• Provide technical support to contract manufacturers, production teams, and customers during product development, mass production, and field issue investigations.
