Job description

Job Title: Wiring Harness Product Development Engineer

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of engineering or technical experience leading projects for product development.
2. Willingness to learn CREO schematic and parametric cabling; advanced English, oral and written.
3. 3+ years of experience in Wiring Harness Product Development Engineering.
4. Demonstrated ability to support global teams.
5. Experience with CREO schematic and parametric cabling.
6. Y+ years of experience in CAD 2D / 3D (must have) (e.g., Creo, Catia, Solid Edge). For experience levels:
   • Associate: 3 months+
   • Analyst: 3+ years
   • Senior Engineer: 6+ years
7. Hands-on experience with wiring, knowledge of wiring, wire types, connectors, and connector types.
8. Experience with electrical systems on appliances.
9. Black Belt / Green Belt trained or certified; knowledge and application of Opex tools.
10. Project Management certification (PMP) is not mandatory.

Compensation and Location:

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate: $61,200.00 - $99,000.00

Note: Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentives will be finalized at offer.

Location: US-IA-Iowa (Remote). Remote employees may need to be present at the nearest Arrow office for work-related purposes at the company’s discretion.
