As a Hardware Engineer – Electrical, you will play a key role in developing next‑generation digital printing hardware platforms for industrial automation and printing solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated engineer with strong knowledge of electrical systems, hardware integration, and embedded platforms.
In this role, you will work on the design, development, testing, and validation of hardware systems that support advanced industrial printing technologies. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across hardware, software, and mechanical engineering to deliver scalable and high‑performance products.
You will contribute to hardware bring‑up, debugging, validation, and integration activities while ensuring reliability, performance, and manufacturability of electrical systems and components.
Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex hardware issues, support system testing, and participate in product development from concept to production release.
Operate with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach while working in a collaborative and fast‑paced engineering environment.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in hardware/electrical engineering and product development.
Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, high ownership, accountability, proactive approach, strong learning agility, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments.
The salary range for this position is USD $120K – $140K. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
