Hardware Engineer - Body Controls

Location: Northville, USA

YOUR TASKS

• Take ownership of assigned body control related programs.
• Review OEM customer requirements to create cutting edge hardware design.
• Guide, instruct, and support other team members.
• Work with program management and prepare documentation including schematics, bill of materials, hardware software specification, and DFMEA.
• Manage testing process including plan creation, data analysis, reporting and recommendations.
• Manage all specifications for module specifications.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years hardware development experience including advanced fundamental electrical design knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent by combination of education and years of experience.
• Knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) design.
• Prior experience helping to lead and develop teams.

Preferred but not Required Skills

• Prior exposure / experience to multiple types of voltage systems.
