Rockwell Automation is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate product roadmaps across engineering, product, and program management. You will manage hardware and embedded software development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness of manufacturing for product release.

Some travel, domestic and international, may be required. You will report to a manager in the Project Management Office and work from Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; PMI/PMP or advanced certification preferred.
• Experience in project management or leadership roles; engineered hardware/software projects preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; knowledge of scaled Agile framework is a plus.

• Create and manage project delivery plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across multi-discipline teams.
• Drive decisions, resolve issues, and manage change across programs.
• Communicate progress and risks to team and senior leadership.
