Job summary

Vantiva invites a hardware engineer to join our Carmel, Indiana team to design, validate, and test broadband hardware components. You will work closely with RF, mechanical, software and manufacturing engineers to ensure robust performance across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and signal integrity.
• Familiar with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.
• Exposure to broadband technologies (DOCSIS, GPON, LTE/5G, or Wi-Fi) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Skills

• Internship or project experience in hardware design or testing.
• Knowledge of PCB design tools (e.g., Cadence, OrCAD).
• Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
