Job summary

Google Inc. invites penultimate-year students pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields to apply for a 12-week Hardware Engineering Internship in Summer 2027.

Location options include Mountain View, CA or Playa Vista, CA, with US-based eligibility and English proficiency required. Interns will contribute to hardware design, bring-up, testing, and validation across Platforms Infrastructure Engineering or Devices and Services teams,

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student pursuing BS/MS in a technical field.
• Eligible to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware platform design, bring-up, testing and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Assist with hardware verification across Google hardware programs.
