Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, CS, etc.).
• 2–4 years of data analysis experience; hardware/IoT exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, MATLAB, or Excel.
• Experience with visualization tools like QuickSight/Tableau/Streamlit/Looker.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and time-series analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dashboards and reports using QuickSight, Tableau, or Python to visualize metrics.
• Monitor and analyze sensor data to identify trends and issues.
• Apply statistical models and ML to improve hardware reliability and performance.
• Compare outputs across firmware versions to validate improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, data scientists to define analysis strategies.
• Support customer support with data-driven insights.
• Identify new tools or methods to improve data analysis.
• Design data pipelines for ingestion, processing, storage of field data.
• Advocate for data access and tools across the organization.
• Collaborate with product teams to incorporate field data into future designs.
