KB Signaling invites an Engineering Intern to support development, testing, and validation across software, mechanical, hardware, and industrial engineering disciplines. The intern contributes to design activities, prototyping, documentation, and testing throughout the product lifecycle.

The role offers hands-on experience in cross-functional teams, collaboration on engineering challenges, and opportunities to grow through exposure to signaling systems in North America and beyond.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing an engineering degree with interest in multi-discipline engineering.
  • Ability to document requirements, designs, tests and reports.
  • Strong collaborative skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist design, analysis, and development of engineering components, systems, or software.
  • Support simulation, modeling, and prototyping activities.
  • Participate in testing and validation of engineering solutions, including data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to documentation including requirements, design specs, test plans and reports.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on concepts.
  • Support compliance testing and verification activities as required by standards.
  • Assist in production or deployment strategies.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on technologies.
