YOUR SCHEDULE AS A HARDSCAPER - HARDSCAPING CREW MEMBER

This is a full-time position with shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While the schedule may vary slightly depending on the needs of the day, you'll always report to a central location before heading out to your job site or service area. We pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy work-life balance!

YOUR DAY

Each day as a Hardscaper - Hardscaping Crew Member will be full of variety and hands-on work. You'll lead and coordinate projects like patios, walkways, and retaining walls, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work side-by-side with your team, operating machinery and helping with masonry tasks. Your role is key to making sure every project meets our high standards for quality and safety. Whether it's managing a project or lending a hand with the details, your leadership will ensure that the team is set up for success. Plus, you'll get to step back and admire the incredible outdoor spaces you helped create.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A HARDSCAPER - HARDSCAPING CREW MEMBER

• Experience in hardscaping and leading a team
• Ability to operate machinery and perform masonry tasks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and stay physically active throughout the day
• Reliable work ethic and attention to detail
