Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction duties coordination.
• Coordinates job transition and startup process.
• Manages cost and schedule.
• Manages cash flow.
• Oversees the work of direct reports.
• Maintains client relationship.
• Generates and submits technical records.
• Supports construction of project.
• Manages project safety and risk management processes.
• Ensures a safe work environment.
• Participates in training/certifications.

Education
