Job summary

Aspen Outdoor Designs, Inc. is seeking an experienced carpentry foreman to lead outdoor living projects in central Indiana. You will oversee a 2–3 person crew and ensure exceptional craftsmanship on all builds, from patios to outdoor kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experienced hardscaper with pride in high‑quality work
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a crew of 2–3
• Comfortable reading and following construction blueprints
• Strong work ethic and commitment to craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Dig out and lay base for outdoor living areas
• Lay pavers for outdoor patios and walkways
• Follow construction blueprints during building process
• Contribute to construction of outdoor kitchens
• Oversee a crew of 2–3 workers
• Construct seating walls and retaining walls
• Drive a company truck and trailer

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks towards the completion of outdoor living areas including:

• Dig out and laying base.
• Paver laying for paver patios.
• Following construction blueprints during the building process.
• Construction of outdoor kitchens
• Oversee a crew of 2-3.
• Construction of seating walls and retaining walls.
• Driving a company truck and trailer.

• Experienced hardscaper who take pride in high‑quality work

• Individual who is able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs repeatedly, walk/stand/crouch on uneven ground, climb ladders, work with hand tools, power tools, and operate small and heavy equipment.
