Job summary

Aspen Outdoor Designs, Inc., located in Noblesville, IN, is looking for motivated individuals to join our outdoor team. We have open positions on hardscape and landscape installation crews. Responsibilities include driving crews, installing landscape elements, and operating equipment.

The ideal candidate has a passion for quality work, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include free uniforms, paid time off, and a signing bonus. Overtime pay is available, and we do not work weekends!

Qualifications

• Passion for building projects with the highest level of quality.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Drive crews to jobsite in company trucks.
• Install elements of a scaled landscape plan.
• Use skid steers and mini track-loaders.
• Dig out, base, and lay pavers for patios.
• Construct outdoor kitchens, firepits, and water features.
• Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials.
• Install low-voltage outdoor lighting.
• Install natural stone products like boulders and flagstone.

Aspen Outdoor Designs, located in Noblesville and serving central Indiana, is growing! Are you not appreciated at your current or former job? Are you not getting enough hours? Is your current or former job not challenging enough? If so, then we need to talk! Aspen is looking for motivated, passionate individuals to help expand our outdoor team. We have positions open on our hardscape/paver crews, and landscape installation crews.

Duties will vary for each department but may include:

• Driving crews to jobsite in company trucks
• Installing elements of a scaled landscape plan
• Use of skid steers, mini track-loaders, and similar equipment
• Dig out, basing, and laying pavers for paver patio
• Construction of outdoor kitchens, firepits, water features, etc.
• Planting (trees, shrubs, perennials, etc)
• Installation of low-voltage outdoor lighting
• Installation of natural stone products (boulders, flagstone, etc.)
