Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardscape Crew Leader, located in Chagrin Falls,, OH. The Hardscape Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate daily tasks and activities involving hardscape installation projects. Responsibilities include managing crew members, reading and interpreting design plans, ensuring quality workmanship, operating machinery, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardscape installation, including tasks such as patio, retaining walls, and paver installation
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee and coordinate crew members
• Proficiency in operating machinery and tools commonly used in hardscape projects
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and crew
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
