Job summary

Groundhog Landscaping is seeking a full-time Hardscape Construction Crew Member in Derry, NH. Earn $22–$24 per hour with benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance and a company vehicle for working hours.

Work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, with overtime available. You will assist in installing patios, walkways, walls, and outdoor living areas while following project plans and maintaining safety and quality. Join a growing, team-driven company since 1995.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardscaping or landscaping.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas.
• Follow project plans and lay pavers and stones with precision.
• Operate hand and power tools and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and clients.

Groundhog Landscaping, one of southern New Hampshire's largest full-service landscape companies, is looking for a full-time Hardscape Construction Crew Member to join our team in Derry, NH. In this full-time role, you'll enjoy competitive pay ranging from $22 - $24 per hour, plus generous benefits, such as:

You'll work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, giving you your evenings and weekends free. Overtime is available if you want to maximize your earnings.

As a Hardscape Construction Crew Member, you will become an essential part of our collaborative team, assisting in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas. Each workday, you will follow project plans, operate hand and power tools and equipment, prepare and grade sites, and lay pavers and stones with precision. You will maintain a safe and organized work environment while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Communication and teamwork with your fellow crew members, supervisors, and clients will be key!
