Job summary

Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service in Maine is seeking a Hardscape Construction Crew Leader to oversee layout, planning, and the safe execution of projects. You will lead a small crew on site, ensure quality, and keep projects on schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in construction/landscaping, ability to read tape measures, prep grade for concrete, tie rebar, strip forms, lift 50 lbs, and be willing to work in all weather. DOT medical card preferred, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Construction and Landscaping.
• Ability to read a tape measure and prepare grade for concrete; tie rebar, strip forms.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather; capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• DOT Medical Card eligibility and insurable driving record preferred.

Come join Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service! We are seeking a Hardscape Construction Crew Leader to join our exceptional team of people. This role is responsible for the layout, planning, and the safe execution of the project once the tasks are assigned. They will instruct and work with a small team of construction workers on a project site, monitoring work quality and maintaining project timelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Construction and Landscaping.
• The understanding of various construction practices such as: reading a tape measure, preparing grade for concrete, tie rebar, strip and clean forms as wells various other projects.
• Must love the outdoors and be willing to work in all sorts of weather-related conditions (rain, snow, and direct sunlight for an extended time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and unload / load trailers and other equipment.
• Involvement in Snow Division in any capacity.
• Capable of working overtime according to project needs.
• Insurable driving record with the ability to obtain a DOT Med Card.
