Job summary

Spirit Halloween seeks a Product Design Illustrator/Graphic Designer to join our Hardlines team. You will develop licensed and proprietary concepts, producing production-ready artwork from concept to final. Strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop are essential, with 3D sculpting background a plus.

You will collaborate across Product Development, Production, and Licensing to guide concepts through to overseas manufacturing, leveraging pop culture trends and fast-paced creativity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Toy Design, Product/Industrial Design, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional design experience in Hardlines or consumer products.
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop; strong 2D to 3D production workflow.
• Experience with licensor submissions and overseas production.
• Knowledge of pop culture, gaming, and entertainment trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardlines products from concept through final artwork.
• Create production ready graphic treatments and artwork.
• Prepare assets for overseas vendors and licensors.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Production, and Licensing.
• Conceptualize and visualize products in 2D and 3D.
