Powder Tools is seeking a Hardgoods Sales Associate to guide guests in selecting skis, boards, boots, and bindings, delivering personalized service and expert advice. Your product knowledge and people skills help guests feel confident and excited for mountain adventures.

You’ll be part of a lively team, with opportunities for growth, a strong customer focus, and a passion for the outdoors. The role includes commission and a free ski pass as part of the Adventure Lifestyle Package.

Qualifikationen

• Outgoing, friendly and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• Love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts.
• Good on your feet and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)

• Provide personalized bootfitting so every person leaves comfortable and ready for adventure.
