Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew; provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and reports to meet Food Cost Variance standards.
