Hard Truth Distilling Co. is seeking a dynamic bartender to join our high-energy team in Indiana. You’ll craft cocktails, greet guests with warmth, and guide flavor journeys while maintaining a fast-paced bar environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Alcohol Serving permit through the State of Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and relevant legal regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
