Job Overview

The Front Desk Supervisor assists the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. Responsibilities include maximizing room revenue and occupancy, overseeing guest relations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel or related experience; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework in related field helpful.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
  • Ability to handle financial data and basic arithmetic.
Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, service-oriented guest interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of appearance and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and front desk operations efficiently.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
