Responsibilities

• Set and clean dining areas before, during, and after service
• Assist servers with general duties and carryout expediting
• Provide premium service for members and guests according to Club standards
• Assist in water service and carrying food trays to tables
• Remove soiled dishes and linen; clean floors and set tables
• Keep ice buckets filled and maintain knowledge of service practices

Position Summary: The position is responsible for setting and cleaning dining areas before, during and after service. Additionally, they may be asked to assist with side work and other general service duties, including carryout expediting. Server Assistants will provide premium service for members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club. The Server Assistant staff will also be expected to go above and beyond to deliver memorable events, while bringing a high level of energy and professionalism.

Employment Status: Most new and returning employees are hired under a seasonal employment status. Seasonal employees can typically expect a consistent schedule from approximately April to October each year. At the end of each respective season, employees are encouraged to submit requests to transition to either year-round part-time or full-time status. Approval of these requests will be contingent upon the needs of the Club and the employee's performance track record.
