Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible hours, including key holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Set and clean dining areas before, during and after service.
• Assist servers and water service; carry trays to tables.
• Stock server stations and assist in carrying meals.
• Remove soiled dishes and linens; manage trash.
• Keep floors clean and ice buckets filled.
• Maintain professional appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Utilize digital platforms used by the Club to aid service.
• Support events to deliver memorable experiences for members.

Server AssistantPosition Summary: The position is responsible for setting and cleaning dining areas before, during and after service. Additionally, they may be asked to assist with side work and other general service duties, including carryout expediting. Server Assistants will provide premium service for members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club.
