Barton & Gray Mariners Club (B&G) is dedicated to providing its Members with unmatchedexperiences on the water, operating over 90 Yachts in 33 harbors, and offering a range ofproducts including Day-boating, Sport-fishing, Overnight Cruising, and more. B&G is hiring aStew & Harbor Support for the Summer 2026 Season. The Stew & Harbor Support teammember plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the harbor and a high-qualityMember experience. This part-time, seasonal position involves working closely with the Stew &Harbor Support Manager, B&G Captains, Member Services, and Supply Chain. Keyresponsibilities include preparing vessels, managing inventory, and providing onboard Stewservice on our luxury vessels as requested by Members.

Primary Responsibilities as a Stew & Harbor Support Dockside:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on the dock for Members and their guests.
• Assist Captains with vessel preparation before outings, cleaning and restocking after outings, and assist with the turnover process between trips.
• Maintain and track all vessel inventory and provisions and ensure all dock boxes and storage units are stocked.
• Communicate with the Purchasing and Supply Chain Team regarding inventory needs.
• Coordinate laundry drop off and pick up
• Support Captains with catering deliveries, provisioning, and special occasions for Member outings.
• Greet Members and their guests as they arrive and depart from the marina and assist with their belongings
• Offer initial beverage service before the boat departs.
• Partner with the Member Services team to identify Member engagementopportunities, special occasions, and assist with mishaps and complaints.

Primary Responsibilities as a Stew Onboard:

• Assist Captain in creating an excellent on board experience for all Members and their guests both on and off the yachts.
• Welcome Members on board, assist with their belongings/bags, and discuss itinerary and timing for trip activities.
• Provide food and beverage service to Members & keep the vessel neat and clean
• Host and entertain the Members and their guests.
• Possess a high level of knowledge of our cruising areas, and be able to discuss with Members and guests.
• Assist Captain with keeping watch during tubing, swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and fishing activities.
• Assist Captain with cleaning vessel post outing.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Must have reliable transportation for use during work day, eligible for mileage reimbursement.

21 years of age preferred

Hospitality and/or maritime experience is preferred.
