Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Assist guests and take their orders.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to help undecided guests.
• Operate a cash register.
• Perform side work duties as directed by the manager.
• Clean tables and counters in the dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
• Manage food flow between the kitchen, servers, and delivery staff (if applicable).
• Communicate special instructions among kitchen staff, servers, delivery staff, and management.
• Know the menu, including ingredients and preparation of specific items.
• Stock food products, perform side work, and keep workstations clean.
• Verify food for consistency.
• Organize orders for table deployment.
• Make drinks, take orders, clear tables, and keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 3-6 months cash handling experience.
• Must be legally able to serve alcohol with valid certification or work cards.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of recent customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
