We are hiring enthusiastic, friendly, and caring employees to provide janitorial services and supervision for our clients' offices in the Richmond area.

Job Details

• Location: Hanover, VA
• Pay: $18/hr
• Hours: Saturdays & Sundays - Flexible hours (2 hrs each day)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, secure, and safe environment for all occupants.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Execute the cleaning plan efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Respond promptly to customer requests to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Demonstrated work ethic and responsibility through education and work history.
• Effective communication skills with clients, occupants, and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do necessary tasks.
• Physical ability to stand for the entire shift and perform tasks including walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
