Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to provide skilled one-on-one homecare for patients in the Hanover area during overnight hours. This role offers overnight shifts with competitive pay and weekly pay, focused on delivering high-quality care in a home setting.

The ideal candidates will hold an active PA LPN or RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and be capable of independent work while maintaining excellent communication with patients and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a homecare setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Homecare or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and family members regarding health needs and care plans.
