Job summary
House Doctors of Hampton Roads in Yorktown, VA is seeking highly organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Maintenance Technicians. You will deliver exceptional results on home repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting and other projects for our clients.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction experience required.
- Hands-on knowledge of handyman tools, materials and methods.
- Ability to learn basic computer programs and systems.
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs.
Responsibilities
- Complete handyman and home-improvement projects (repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting).
- Organize and manage equipment needed for daily tasks.
- Work with clients to provide outstanding customer service.
- Represent House Doctors in the local community and network for new business.
