House Doctors of Hampton Roads in Yorktown, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver high-quality home improvement services. You will perform repairs, carpentry, painting, flooring and other tasks while providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business.

We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to learn and operate basic computer systems. A valid driver's license is required and full-time hours are offered with a performance-based bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of construction experience
• Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
• Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable
• Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
• Valid driver's license
